Position Overview: The ideal candidate will focus on nurturing new sales opportunities using a consultative approach, building strong relationships with clients. You’ll have a solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels and trends while being able to effectively communicate with both clients and your team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Amplify a professional local brand to attract targeted connections.
- Strategically schedule and optimize client meetings.
- Conduct all business with the highest ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the team to showcase our resources and solutions during the sales process.
- Maintain high levels of integrity and trust with internal and external customers.
- Effectively manage leads from initial contact to closing using our custom Pilot Software.
- Identify client needs and work with senior management to develop strategic sales pitches.
- Synthesize large amounts of market data into cohesive presentations.
- Stay at the forefront of digital trends and industry innovations.
- Contribute to team marketing efforts through content creation.
- Attend and participate in meetings.
Qualifications:
- High energy and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- 1+ years of sales experience or equivalent, or new to the industry with a willingness to undergo training and mentorship.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Passion for digital marketing, social media, and innovative technologies.
- Solid presentation skills to confidently deliver pitches and close deals.
- Unwavering work ethic and a drive to succeed.
Education / Training:
- Experience in sales, digital marketing, or similar fields.
- Training in using software, social media, and digital marketing is preferred.
Pay:
- $70,000 - $150,000+ - Based on commissions and growth.
- Diversified income sources through subsidiary businesses.
